These terms apply to this site, which is published by JLBAR Law Firm, a law practice in the Philippines. Using the site means accepting them.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this site, reading anything on it, or sending a message to the firm through the contact details it publishes does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and JLBAR Law Firm or any of its lawyers.
That relationship begins only when the firm has checked whether it is able to act and has agreed in writing to act for you. Until then, do not send documents or details you consider confidential. Information sent before an engagement is agreed may not be treated as privileged, and the firm may already be acting for another party in the same matter.

Currency of the material
Material published here is reviewed on the cadence set out in theeditorial policy, and each guide states when it was last substantively changed. The law changes, and a page can be correct when it is reviewed and overtaken before the next review. The firm does not warrant that any page is complete or current at the moment you read it.
